The REMAX shopping center houses more than just REMAX.  There are several other businesses that occupy the same building.  This is a new building, only a few months old.  As such, they should have followed the lighting requirements in the development guidelines.  Fortunately, there are only 4 fixtures on this building and they are not as obnoxious as they could have been.

This photograph shows the location of some of the light fixtures. Bad light fixtures are indicated in RED and the proper light fixtures are indicated in BLUE.

This is what the strip center looks like at night. Three of the four exterior lights are visible. For such little lights, the produce a suprising amount of glare.

This is a close-up of fixtures identifed in the first photograph.  These are not full-cutoff fixtures as required in the development guidelines.
