Outdoor Traditions is GREAT! They are a new business to Dawson County and we had the benefit of watching the building get constructed. When the outdoor lights went up, we saw the builder was not putting up the correct fixtures. We contacted the owners of Outdoor Traditions and told them of the problem and they contacted the contractor and had them correct the problem. Outdoor Traditions even went to the next step and now shut off all of their outdoor lights during closed hours. If every business had the mindset of Outdoor Traditions, Dawson County would be a much more attractive county. Congratulations, Outdoor Traditions for "Good Neighbor" Lighting designation. They would have gotten an A+ except that they have one light that is missing the light shield, but other than that, the lighting (and the unlighting) on this business is  oustanding!

Here is the facade of Outdoor Traditions.

Here is a nighttime picture Outdoor Traditions. If you notice the light to the very left has no light tresspass above the fixture. All light is directed straight down.  This is the how full cutoff fixtures are supposed to look.

This is a close-up of their parking lot light. This is a full-cutoff fixture. You cannot see the light source or the lens when viewing the fixture from the side.

This fixture is on the north side of the building. A light shield was put on in response to the lighing request.

This fixture is on the south side of the building. It is missing the shield that is on the other picture.
